The former Hoenn champ, till i believe gave the title to Wallace, and just like Wallace he got shafted in the anime, although Steven did get an episode, but for being a major part of the Groudon/Kyogre battle in the game, he as long with wallace were replaced by Lance, awwww poor Wallace and Steven
